Bay leaves comes from the bay laurel trees and have long been used in soups, stews, and sauces, because of their strong slightly bitter taste, and like most herbs, in addition to give food more flavor, it  have been used to brew and enjoy as a tea. Because bay leaf tea has small amounts of vitamin C, that can help  boost your immune system. It also contains vitamin A, which also enhance the immune system. Bay leaf tea also has antibacterial properties,
