Our Return Policy:

We gurantee our product for freshness and flavor. The satisfaction of our customers is our top pority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, your purchase price is100% refundable

All return must reach our office within 30 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, your tea content must be a least half unused and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notification.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a ten business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you did not received a refund at the alloted time, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges / Replace
We will replace items if package is damaged . Exchange will be made for the same item purchase. Send us an email at naturalspicesofgrenada@gmail.com and send your item to: 21220 N Miami Ave MIAMI GARDENS Florida US 33169.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, and the order shipped by the purchaser, a refund will be credited to the purchaser 's card on file

Shipping/ Return

Orders will be shipped piority mail through the United States Postal Service.
Orders over $40.00 will be shipped Free

You will be responsible for the shipping costs on a returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will ship your replacement item the same or next day of recieving your return..
